Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26223Q1178 The Department of Veterans Affairs Phoenix Healthcare System, Phoenix, AZ 85012 has a requirement for Medical Media Photography Equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Phoenix Healthcare System located in 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Shipping included in cost. NOTE: Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal. For those items that are or equal , a description of the salient characteristics are outlined below. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325412, Size Standard 1,250 Employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award.
