Description: This statement of work/performance-based work statement (SOW/PWS) defines the requirements for the Contractor to remove the T-Metrics 48-port TELMOD ACD system at Shaw AFB from the existing MSL-100 TDM system located in building 1109 � Teleco Office, and upgrade, install, and terminate to a Cisco Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server in Shaw AFB Clinic (bldg. 1052) � Data Center. The contractor will supply all material and equipment needed to complete the work outlined in this SOW/PWS.
