Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, sole source Purchase Order to The Remi Group LLC.This requirement is for a maintenance and repair service contract for eight government-owned G.E. ultrasound systems including 25 ultrasound transducers on Fort Irwin, CA, to include all labor, parts, material, and travel to maintain and/or repair the equipment in a fully functional condition IAW manufacturer specifications. This Notice of Intent to issue a sole source �Purchase Order is NOT a request for competitive� quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this�requirement within five (5) calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this�notice must show clear and convicting evidence that competition would be advantageous to the� Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a� competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely� within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing�capability information will be provided.
