Description

**this solicitation was amended on 02 June 2023 to provide public answers to any questions received by the original May 29 2023 deadline.� See Amendment 0001 PDF document in the attachments for details.� This amendment also extends the closing date to Monday, 19 June, 8 AM Central Daylight Time to provide additional time for interested vendors to revise proposals as needed** *This is a small business set-aside.� Interested Offerors must qualify as a small business under NAICS 621340� (Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists) in order to be eligable for award. This is a solicitation for Assistive Technology Professional certified Wheelchair Seating Services.� Services will be provided on-site at VA facilities Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island in the state of Nebraska.�� Contract will begin on 01 August 2023 and last for a period of five years.� An estimated 288 hours of services will be needed per year.� See B.2 Schedule and B.3 Performacne Work Statement in the solicitation for details.
