This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside, under NAICS code 334516 and small business size standard 1,000 employees. The contractor shall provide Brand Name (Attachment 1) for the products listed on the List of Materials (LOM) (Attachment 2); firm fixed price basis including the cost of shipping FOB Destination. All Offerors must be Keysight authorized resellers/distributors.� Any offers received from Offerors who are not Keysight authorized, will not be considered for award.
