- AMENDMENT 0001: correction of due date and performance date. Due Date is June 9th and the performance date was moved back to June 19th. FY23 FODO TREE REMOVAL/STUMP GRINDING-CEMETERY FY23 Fort Donelson NB � Removal of trees and Stumps and backfilling The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Fort Donelson National Battlefield. It is the intent of this contract is to safely dismantle, remove, and dispose of 51 trees and grinding of 55 stumps from Fort Donelson National Cemetery. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $125,000 - $150,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Stewart County, TN apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
