Description

Amendment 1 issued to post site visit details as follows: interested vendors can meet at 19 Bavarian Way, Galax, VA on Thursday June 8, 2023, at 10am for site visit. Due date for quotes remains June 14, 2023 at 5pm EST. The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, will be contracting to removing existing 3 ton condenser unit and LPG gas furnace from the Hipp House ranger station, disposal of the unit off park lands, and replacing with new HVAC System as specified. Location of Work: 19 Bavarian Way, Galax, VA, 24333 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $19 million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.
