Description

The Indian Health Service, SRSU, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Request for Biohazard Infectious Waste & Hazardous Pharmaceutical Control Substance Pick-Up and Disposal Services for the Northern Navajo Medical Center. The anticipated Period of Performance is for twelve (12) continuous months from the date of award. �The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562211 � Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1471947 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 6,2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the governments need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Tuesday, June 13, 2023.� The acquisition is a Small Business set-aside.
