Description
The 81st Contracting Squadron is contemplating a solicitation for a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for paving to include, but not limited to, such aspects as milling, excavation, grading, construction of new asphalt, concrete, and/or gravel surface, overlay of existing pavement, construction of concrete pads, curbing, or sidewalks, striping, pavement sealing and crack filling, construction and repair of drainage structures, re-routing of existing utilities to include lighting, signs, and guardrails throughout Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi.� Work will consist of providing all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary and required for completion of the scope of the individual task orders once issued. The Magnitude of proposed construction is expected to be between $2,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 per individual task order.� The cumulative IDIQ ceiling is not to exceed $6,000,000.00 over a three (3) year ordering period.� The Government may award up to five (5) individual contracts under the proposed IDIQ.� The initial project will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value after evaluation.� Up to four (4) additional responsible offerors may be selected into the program and will be issued task orders for $500.00 to attend a mandatory kick off meeting.� The selected offerors will be given fair opportunity to compete for future projects at the task order level during the ordering period. This acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set Aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Procedures. �Interested Small Business sources may submit a proposal. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310. �The size standard is $45 Million. � The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and other applicable requirements documents will tentatively be posted on the SAM Website: https://sam.gov on/or around 27 June 2023 with a tentative closing date of 27 July 2023. �The contract performance period for the initial task order will begin 10 days after task order award and will not exceed 90 days.� The period of performance for future task orders will be stated in the individual SOW(s) when issued. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. �SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. �Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. �Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. �Recommend registering immediately in SAM in order to be eligible for timely award. �The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be https://www.sam.gov. �All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e., issued amendments, changes to the Statement of Work, etc.). �Telephone and fax requests for a solicitation package will NOT be accepted. � Questions concerning this solicitation may be brought to the attention of Contracting Specialist, Mr. Mike Hornberger at (228) 377-1826 or email: michael.hornberger.1@us.af.mil, or the Contracting Officer, Deitre L.
