Description

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0028, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a remote robotic mower. This award will be a 90 day period of performance. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333112 with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, the Attach 1_Salient Characteristics_Remote Mower_06 Apr 2023 for this requirement, Attach 2_Brand Name_J-A_F1V3M13052A002_Remote Mower_Redacted. All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to june.lee.3@us.af.mil and�brittany.barlow@us.af.mil no later than 09 June 2023 by 1:30pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: �FA469023Q0028_Remote Robotic Mower Questions�. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the�Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 1:30pm MDT on 16 June 2023 to june.lee.3@us.af.mil and brittany.barlow@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: �Quote_ FA469023Q0028_Remote Robotic Mower�. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code, and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
