Description

This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.� This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: �DoDEA requires the Woodcock-Johnson IV suite of achievement, cognitive and oral language tests and the Woodcock-Johnson Interpretation and Instructional Intervention Package (WIIIP) as listed below.� DoDEA expects to make one award. See attached PWS for more information The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is code 611710 (Educational Support Services) �and the applicable PSC is R408 Management Advisory Services. �Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-23-Q-0029 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedure.� This requirement will be be Other Than Full and Open (Sole Source) in accordance with FAR 13.501(a).� The anticipated award contract type is a Firm Fixed Price contract� The period of performance will consist of base year of 12-Months plus four (4) - 12-Month option periods). Attachment(s): 1.� Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the �Special Education Diagnostic Protocols� is attached to this pre-solicitation notice.� 2.
