- Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the vendor name� to MMGY Global, LLC: Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: Travel & Tourism Data Description: The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole-source contract for the Bureau of Economic Analysis to MMGY Global, LLC, 7309 W 80th St #4, Overland Park, Kansas 66204-3722, to procure Travel & Tourism Data. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. �The Office of the Secretary�s intent is that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source Firm Fixed Price type contract with a Period of Performance 07/01/2023 through 06/30/2024. MMGY Global, LLC., under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Sole Source Justification By FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, MMGY Global is the only organization that can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications, which will be considered by The Office of the Secretary, BEA. Responses must be in writing and submitted electronically to Jacqueline Brown, Contracting Officer, at jbrown4@doc.gov by noon EST on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
