- The Purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate FAR Clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (June 2023) (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0076 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 336611 � Ship Building & Repairing and the size standard is 1300 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall perform engine and outdrive maintenance for the vessel Compliance including both routine and corrective maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance will be for 2 years: August 1, 2023 � July 31, 2025. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the price schedule, technical capability and past performance. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, does apply to this acquisition. Award will be based on price, technical capability, and past performance. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition. (xv) Quotes are due by 3:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) on June 26, 2023 and should be emailed to rbrown@usbr.gov. (xvi) The point of contract is RaShayla Brown, Email rbrown@usbr.gov.
