Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 8420 has an upcoming requirement for the procurement of service to repair damage blower for dental vacuum. The anticipated period of performance will be determined from Date of Award to December 31, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114 � Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1473699 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 12, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by June 20, 2023.� The acquisition is a Full and Open Competition.
