Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Solid Waste Services at Fort McCoy, WI. The�Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor�shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers�shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor�shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation,�tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform services in accordance with�(IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and�contract. AMENDMENT 4 UPLOADED (6-JUNE-2023)�� Attachment 15: Bid Schedule (USE TO PRICE THIS SOLICITATION) (r1).� Must return attachment 15 with quote by due date IAW solicitation instructions and all amendments signed and dated to acknowledge consideration of each amendment and solicitation package.� CLINs 0007 has been changed, revised attachments 1,2,4,5,6,7,8 and 15.� Attachments 12 and 14 are removed and changed to reserved.� The due date is extended as a result of this amendment.� ��
