(See Instructions for Access Requirements) 8) An Original Bid Bond is required, and due w ith Bid if offer is over $150,000.00 9) Solicitation and all information notices, amendments for this solicitation w ill be posted at https://sam.gov/content/home Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than 30 September 2023.
