MOD-BIT ROOF REPLACEMNT FT BARRANCAS VISITORS CTR PMIS 310645 PEPC 86006 SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0003: NPS response to Industry RFIs and revise Atch 1 SOO to delete Section 5. 2. sentence (fire hydrants and valves). PLEASE FURNISH QUOTATIONS TO THE ISSUING OFFICE IN SF-18 BLOCK 5a ON OR BEFORE 10:00 AM on 06/13/2023 BRIEF DESCRIPTION: FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR MINOR CONSTRUCTION TO REPLACE COMMERCIAL FLAT ROOF ~1794 SF BIT MOD SYSTEM (BASE BID) AND SKYLIGHTS REPLACEMENT QTY 2 (ADDITIVE 1). ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE BETWEEN $25,000 and $100,000. The work includes, but not limted to, all material, labor, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to tear down and dispose of the existing roof system, prepare substrate for underlayment/insulation and installation of new roof system TWO-PLY STYRENE-BUTADIENE-STYRENE (SBS) MODIFIED BITUMINOUS MEMBRANE ROOFING SYSTEM meeting contract documents (or approved equal) IAW clause at 52.236-5, Material and Workmanship.
