Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 (effective date 03-16-2023). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423740, and Product Service Code of 4110. Solicitation 127EAV23Q0031 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Lincoln National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter a firm fixed price contract for refrigerated units. Responses to solicitation 127EAV23Q0031 must be in accordance with specifications which can be found in the attached documents. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on best price (LPTA). Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date, in order to be considered for a Government contract. Information regarding these requirements and how to register may be found at http://www.sam.gov. Offers are being accepted by electronic mail at brandon.jones2@usda.gov. Offers must be submitted using the attached solicitation form, signed by company officer with contact information, and is due no later than 2:00 PM, MDT on June 15, 2023. All questions regarding this RFQ must be sent in writing via e-mail to Brandon Jones at brandon.jones2@usda.gov no later than Thursday, June 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM MDT.
