Amendment 3: This amendment answeres a further question. It also extends the deadline for quote submissions to 06/12/23. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation as a fully competed requirement under FAR Parts 12/13. The Library of Congress is seeking to purchase 250,000 braille alphabet cards. This is a lowest-priced technically acceptable competition. Please see the attached document for more information.
