- Please see attached RFI for full description. GSA Fleet seeks industry feedback and interest regarding modernized approaches to remarketing 30,000+ used exchange/sale eligible vehicles each year. The intent of examining and considering updated remarketing models is to provide more cost-effective and streamlined sales and disposal methods that are better aligned with current and evolving industry best practices. GSA Fleet aims to learn more about the feasibility of adapting its current remarketing practices with the best capabilities and expertise that industry has to offer. Factors to consider include industry�s abilities to: ? Optimize the inspection, pricing, marketing, inventory management and preparation of used vehicles of various types (to include Zero Emission Vehicles such as battery electric, plug-in hybrid electric and fuel cell electric) and conditions to maximize net proceeds ? Repair and transport sales vehicles, including to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) locations to resolve recalls as needed ? Conduct a full and open competitive sales process (physical and/or remotely) ? Encourage maximum public participation and connect with broadest possible market audience ? Offer a range of administrative and non-government affiliated services ? Properly secure and maintain GSA assets ? Expand to provide such services throughout the United States and around the world.
