- Contracting Office Address Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe (MRCO-EUR) Dr. Hitzelberger Strasse 66849 Landstuhl Germany Description ����������� THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY� ��� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.� Solicitations are not available at this time.� Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.� If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) https://www.sam.gov.� It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. ����������� The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) is seeking for capable sources to provide Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) to the Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS) at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) including clinical chemistry testing capabilities at the SHAPE (Mons, Belgium) and Grafenwoehr (Bavaria, Germany) Army Health Clinics in accordance with the attached drafted Performance Work Statement (PWS).� MEDCOM is seeking the following information: 1.�� �Potential Respondents shall provide a plan for the successful transition and implementation of the TLA, which shall address at a minimum the lead times for the following steps: a.�� �Equipment production, b.�� �Phase-in period, i.�� �Infrastructure connection (e.g. water, power, drainage, etc.), ii.�� �Equipment configuration, calibration and testing, iii.�� �Training of personnel, iv.�� �Correlations and validations. c.�� �Go-live date is 1 February 2024. 2.�� �Potential Respondents shall provide feedback for any potential �road-blocks�. 3.�� �Potential Respondents shall provide �best practices� and �lessons learned� from previous similar projects. 4.�� �If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract requirements, please provide the organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number and (N)CAGE. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services described herein and it is understood by the United States Government that the cost estimates provided as a result of this request are �best� estimates only.
