Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Contracting Office Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) Frederick, MD, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Business Integration and Outcomes Service (BIOS), 810 Vermont Ave., NW, Washington, D.C, 20420, proposes to enter into a sole source contract with Erin Hutchins (dba) ACT Government Services, located at 1108 Custis Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22308-1023; (SAM Unique Entity ID: WBR9LSFQMNF8; CAGE: 6CRX2) under FAR 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). In accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization). Erin Hutchins (dba) ACT Government Services, a Small Business, in partnership with Brown University School of Professional Studies, an international leader in executive education, offers ACT�s Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program (Level 1 ICF accredited). ACT Leadership LLC exists to serve and help navigate leaders through complex change initiatives. ACT was co-founded by Michael and Erin Hutchins in 2012. ACT utilizes a systematic approach to professional development using the Assess Coach Train methodology, targeted at Individuals, Teams and Organizations. ACT-GS is focused on delivering coaching, training and consulting to the Federal Government. In addition, ACT offers an ICF Level 2 accredited program. The ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program is approved for Level 1 (ACC) accreditation via the International Coaching Federation. ACT is also approved for Level 2 (PCC) accreditation and can be achieved by taking the LPCC program and then choosing a path to take our Team Coaching Program or Next Level Coaching Program. ACT shares Brown University�s mission to develop reflective leaders, to effect change in the world, and to improve human welfare. No other source, other than ACT, will meet OIT�s need.
