Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Contracting Office Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) Frederick, MD, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Strategic Sourcing (OSS), proposes to enter into a sole source contract with Partnership for Public Service (PPS), 600 14th Street NW, Suite 600, Washington DC, 20005; (SAM Unique Entity ID: ZCCVNJ2LNMC3; CAGE: 3V6X8) under FAR 13-�Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). In accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization).
