Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to award a sole source contract to Infopro Digital, Inc., 55 Broad St 22nd Floor, New York, NY 10004-2501 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source.� The contract will renew the OCC�s subscription to Risk.net. Risk.net management subscription from Infopro Digital is a searchable database focusing on authoritative information and analysis of risk management issues that are relevant to OCC�s mission. This database shall include coverage of complex issues such as peer-reviewed papers applicability to financial markets as well as podcasts with leading quants on the most topical issues, and comments from practitioners and the editorial team. These issues are typically ignored or under-reported elsewhere. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
