Description

This synopsis is not a request for quotes/offers/proposals. The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for RedSeal Annual SW Subscription in support of the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) Information Intelligence Division (IID) Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO). This requirement will be a total set-aside to Small Business concerns. The projected period of performance will be from 15 September 2023 through 14 September 2024. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541519 � Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $34M. This action will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 using Subpart 8.4 procedures. Per DFARS 208.7402, departments and agencies shall fulfill requirements for commercial software and related services, such as software maintenance, in accordance with the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI). As such, this requirement will be restricted to authorized dealers under the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N66001-22-A-0081, for RedSeal Products and Services. All interested parties must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM.gov) as a small business.
