- CULTURAL INVENTORY RED CANYON 2023 The Bureau of Land Management, Wyoming, has a requirement for a Class III Cultural Inventory for Cultural Inventory Red Canyon, for 1,508 total acres. The Cultural Inventory Red Canyon project area is located approximately 13.5 miles south of Lander in southwestern Fremont County, Wyoming. Details are included in the Statement of Work, which is attached to this RFQ. No site visit is scheduled but offerors may visit the site on their own, provided weather permitting. Period of Performance (POP) will be conducted in 3 phases, see Statement of Work for more details. Estimated POP dates are June 30, 2023, to November 26, 2023, 155 days from time of award. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $19M. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what must be included with your quote. Work for the Red Canyon AMP Fuels Reduction Project will require the contractor to conduct a Reconnaissance level cultural resource inventory of 1,508 acres as shown on attached maps and provided shapefiles. The contractor shall submit proposed field methods for conducting effective Reconnaissance level cultural resource inventory to the Wind River/Bighorn Basin District fire/fuels archaeologist. Field and office work shall include background files and records searches, Reconnaissance level inventory, site and isolate identification and recordation, site evaluation (including site testing as appropriate), recommendations of eligibility for the NRHP, and recommendations of effect, including recommendations for avoidance, minimization, and/or mitigation of impacts to any historic properties, all following Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office�s (SHPO) WyoTrack web-application workflow. Technical questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist Linda Neely at lneely@blm.gov by no later than Monday, June 12, 2023, at 3:00 pm MDT. Any questions received will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation on or about Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 3:00 pm MDT. All Quotes are due Friday, June 23, 2023, 3:00pm MDT. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation. Please include your SAM UEI (Unique Entity ID) number with your quote so that we can verify your registration.
