- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Miami, FL that will be expiring October 31, 2023. The Government intends to negotiate a lease extension for 23,377 ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors.� The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Miam Delineated Area: North: NW 50th St. South: NW 47th St. East: 826 (Palmetto Expy) West: NW 79th Ave. Minimum:�Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,377 MaximumSq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,377 Space Type: O�fice Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Five (5) years Firm Term: N/A (all soft) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in RLP/Lease O�ered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
