***** Amendment 0002 issued 05 October 2022. This amendment provides updates based on bidder inquiries received. Reference Amendment 0002 attachment in PIEE Solicitation Module for further details. ***** Special Notice: Virtual Industry Day issued 13 September 2022 as Amendment 01A. A Virtual Industry Day is scheduled for 20 September 2022 at 2:00 PM (Central) hosted by USACE SWF. Reference Amendment 01A attachment for additional details. ***** Amendment 0001 issued 30 August 2022. This amendment updates the Bidder Inquiry Key and extends the solicitation response date. Reference Amendment 0001 attachment for further details. ***** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District (SWF) is seeking small business contractors with the capability to provide vertical construction services primarily in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California under the regional Small Business Vertical Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the Engineering and Construction Support Office (ECSO). Although primarily intended to support DHS Border Patrol Sectors, this MATOC may also be used in support of other USACE programs. The solicitation will follow the Two-Phase Design Build selection procedures using the Best Value Trade Off process. The Government will evaluate Phase I proposals in accordance with the Phase I evaluation criteria to determine which offerors will submit proposals for Phase II. The Government intends to select a maximum of ten (10) of the most highly qualified offerors to submit Phase II proposals. The Government will evaluate Phase II proposals in accordance with Phase II evaluation criteria with Government intent to award to a target of five (5) firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The total cumulative amount of the MATOC shall not exceed $300M in contract capacity and will include a seven (7) year ordering period. Please note the Government anticipates advertising for vertical construction MATOC pools for an 8(a) set-aside, HUBZone set-aside, and an Unrestricted pool in the future.
