- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Folkston, GA has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F1B23Q0012. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective June 2, 2023. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541850, Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising and the business size standard is $34.5. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting proposals for Conceptual Design, Final Design, Fabrication, and Installation of Exhibits and Displays at Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge, per the attached statement of work. PROPOSALS SHALL REMAIN VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF 120-DAYS. Period of Performance: Contract award to 12/15/2024. The basis for award is Price and Other Factors based on the attached evaluation criteria within the solicitation. Questions may be asked through close of business: 6/22/2023 Contractor shall only place their business name and logo on the cover page for the contracting officer. It shall not be listed within the proposal itself. Contractor�s past performance will be evaluated using CPARS and FAPIIS. In addition, your proposal should provide unit price and total price, if applicable. No formal format is required as this is a combined synopsis/request for proposal solicitation.
