Description: USDA-Forest Service is seeking approximately 14,000 to 15,000 SF office space with a small component of flex/warehouse space including a roll-up door on or proximate to a Greater Phoenix area airport capable of handling two DC-10 aircrafts.� Space is for general office, training, mobilization for fire fighting.� A seperate procurement will be made for airport ramp space for aircraft. Preferene for this procurement will be given to locagtions proximate to the selected airport ramp location.
