- Technical and Performance Information �Design: Provide any technical constraints to your solution. Are additional or improved NAVWAR SA data performance specifications needed for your solution to work? Please include a trade-off analysis on how the enhanced NAVWAR SA data performance would affect the solution. Examples of enhanced NAVWAR SA data performance specifications: � � � �Additional NAVWAR SA data types What are the primary sources of technical risk in developing your solution to a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6. System Maturity � � � �Required � What is the current TRL of the proposed solution and how was it assessed? � � � �Optional - Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) and Investment Readiness Level (IRL) Cost and Schedule �Submissions should include a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimation for the cost and schedule required to develop and demonstrate the solution at a TRL 6. Cost estimate should include hardware, engineering and programmatic labor, and demonstration costs. Schedule should provide an estimated timeline to achieve TRL 6 and include expected deliverables. Data Rights Please provide your current posture on data rights. Note: This RFI contains sensitive information available upon request.� See questions and request for clarification below. Responses submitted by contractors that contain U.S. classified military information (CMI) generated in conjunction with a DOD program should be classified in accordance with the applicable Security Classification Guide (SCG). Please include a copy of the SCG with the submission. Only U.S. citizens are authorized to respond to this RFI. �Questions and requests for clarification Questions and requests for clarification of information must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days following RFI posting. NOTE: If you are sending a CLASSIFIED question, please send a courtesy email to the UNCLASSIFIED mailbox to notify of the request on the Classified side. Requests shall be submitted only to the email address provided above. Any other forms of request for additional information will not be honored. Disclaimer� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.202 (e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No award is intended as a result of this notice.
