JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (JOFOC) Please see attached for full JOFOC related to Contract No. 31310023D0005.�� This Enterprise Wide Contract is for NRC's Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses (CNWRA)�to provide, within its special competency areas, technical assistance and research support to NRC program offices in performing and accomplishing their mission, programs and activities related to both the front and back end of the nuclear fuel cycle. Work associated with high-level waste is carried out under the Charter Contract (31310023D0004).
