- The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to a single source, National Property Management Association (NPMA) to participate in the NPMA 2023 National Education Seminar (NES). The National Property Management Association is hosting its 2023 National Education Seminar, July 31 - August 3, 2023, in Orlando, FL as an interactive in-person event and does not offer virtual participation. NPMA 2023 NES meets the criteria set out in 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41 and 5 CFR 410.404. The NPMA 2023 NES agenda provides ten breakout sessions, two mastermind sessions and five exhibitor sessions where the latest asset and property management technology, guidance and policy infromation is shared with all attendees. The NPMA NES showcases the latest technological updates to include asset managment software, barcode software and technology, control and tracking systems, disposal, radio frequencing identification and inventory management. Additionally, NPMA 2023 NES provides attendees the opportunity to earn up to 16 Contonuous Learning Points (CLPs). NPMA NES is NPMA�s premier educational seminar for property professionals and government property managers from across the country. The NPMA NES is designed to bring together asset and property management professionals to enhance education, networking, certification and credentials along with industry experts to showcase cutting-edge technological solutions. This educational event is designed for managers, administrators, supervisors and employees at all levels and in all aspects of property and asset management in the public and private sector to include federal, state and local governments, contractors, colleges, universities and private industries. This is the only training event of its kind that provides a unique opportunity for property managers to meet and network with high ranking DoD, government and commercial property management professionals who will discuss the property management community�s strategic direction and provide invaluable insight into the best practices of the industry. Addtionally, there will be seven DCMA employees presenting during this training event. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
