FAR 12.204(b) synopsizing less than 15 days IAW FAR 5.203(a)(1) FAR 5.203(a)(1) shorter period for soliciting quote or offer Synopsis Date: 09 June�2023 Contracting Office Address: U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Knox (MICC � Ft Knox), 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720 Product Service Code: U0009, Education-Training-General North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 721214 Recreational and Vacation Camps (Except Campgrounds) Set-aside Status: Other Than Full and Open Competition Subject: Synopsis of Solicitation for 2 BDE JCLC Solicitation Number: W9124D23Q0121 Description: This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, co-located facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items in accordance as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis, to Cradle of Liberty Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America, Wayne, PA for STEM services to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command with a period of performance of 19-23 June 2023, with two(2) option periods. The anticipated award date is 15 June 2023. This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov. Interested parties may contact Samuel M. Henderson, Contracting Officer, and/or Ranetta M.
