Description

AMENDMENT 0003 A. The purpose of this amendment is to post Amendment 3, which addresses the Pricing Sheet mentioned under �Paragraph 2 > Volume 1 > Price.� 1. See �Amendment 3 � W912LQ23R0003,� Paragraph 2 > Volume 1 > Price for language changes highlighted in yellow addressing how contractors submit their proposals. 2. As a result of Amendment 3, the �Complete the Microsoft Excel document entitled �Pricing Sheet,� is hereby replaced with the following language. �Contractors shall submit pricing for all contract line items included in this solicitation document and contractors are not required to submit the excel Pricing sheet but are required to submit pricing for all contracting line items (CLINS) included in the solicitation.� B. The time and date for receipt of proposals is not changed. C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. END OF AMENDMENT 0003 AMENDMENT 0002 A. The purpose of this amendment is to post minutes of the site visit conducted June 2, 2023, answer questions posed during and after the site visit, revise the pricing sheet to add a ""Phase-In"" line item and extend the due date for receipt of proposals.� 1. The site visit sign-in sheet is attached to this notice as �Sign-in Sheet_June 1, 2023.� 2. The site visit agenda provided at the site visit is attached to this notice as �RAPSC Site Visit Agenda.� 3. Site visit minutes, including questions posed during and after the site visit and the Government's responses are attached to this notice as �RAPSC Site Visit Minutes.� 4. As a result of this amendment, attachment, ""Pricing Sheet(v.2)"" is deleted and replaced with attachment, ""REVISED_Pricing Sheet(v.2)"". The Revised Pricing Sheet adds a line item for the Phase-In period added to the Performance Work Statement per Amendment 0001. 5. As a result of this amendment the proposal due date is extended to June 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. END OF AMENDMENT 0002 Amendment 0001 A. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received, add a line item for a phase-in period, add language to the Performance�Workstatement regarding a phase in/out period, update Technical Exhibit 3 and establish a date for an organized site visit. 1. Questions received and the Government's response are added to the solicitation as Attachment 3. 2. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0003 is hereby added to the pricing schedule for a phase-in period. 3. Paragraph 1.4.15 is hereby added to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) regarding the Phase-in and Phase-Out period. A revised�PWS is included in this amendment. 4. Technical Exhibit 3 is hereby revised and included in this amendment. 4. An organized site visit is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. ET, on June 1, 2023. B. The time and date for receipt of proposals is not changed. C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. End of Amendment 0001 1.�� �The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting for a contractor to provide Phase 1 & 2 maintenance for the UH-60 Blackhawks at the Virginia Army Aviation Support Facility (VAAASF) Regional Aviation Phase Support Center (RAPSC). �The contractor shall furnish all labor and services required to provide a wide range of maintenance and related administrative services in accordance with the tasks identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base period of performance is August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024, with four, one year option periods. 2.�� �In order to be considered for an award, contractors are required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and award. 3.�� �No information concerning this solicitation, answers to questions or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone inquiries. �All requests for information and clarification as well as questions shall be submitted in writing to david.a.pickard.civ@army.mil and rebecca.l.fowler6.civ@army.mil and received via email prior to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), May 17, 2023. �Requests or questions received after this deadline may not be answered. 4.�� �LIST OF ATTACHMENTS: a.�� �Information Sheet (Attachement 1) b.�� �GFP & Incidental Property (Attachment 2) c.�� �Pricing Sheet �
