Description

AMENDMENT 0001 POSTED JUNE 9, 2023 EXTEND OFFER DUE DATE TO JULY 7, 2023. This is a SOLICITATION for the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul of the No. 1 and No. 2 Ship's Service Turbine Generators (SSTG) onboard a Virginia Class Submarine. The work will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709. The RFP number is N4215823RC005. NNSY intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on a sole source basis. Notice of this justification will be provided on SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 6.305. In accordance with FAR 15.404-1, price will be evaluated to ensure that the final agreed-to price is fair and reasonable.� The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611, Shipbuilding and Repair, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The Product Service Code is J998. ESPECS and DD 254 will be provided to the contractor via DoD Safe Link. Attachment (2) NNSY OPSEX Contract Requirements is posted with this solicitation.
