- 5 June 2023 DOCUMENT TYPE:� COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SOLICITATION NUMBER:� FA445223QMG07 SUBJECT:� Customs Broker Services RESPONSE DATE:� 9 Jun 2023 at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation FA445223QMG07 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-02, effective date 14 Feb 2023. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is:� 488510, (Freight Transportation Arrangmeent). The Product Service Code (PSC) is R706, Support- Management: Logistics Support.� A current copy of the prospective awardee�s Representations and Certifications (See Attachment 2 � FAR 52.212-3) must be completed and submitted with the offeror�s quote prior to the issuance of an award. The Contracting Officer intends to award a contract authorizing use of the Government Purchase Card as a method of payment.� The contract awardee must use Wide Area Workflow�s Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) module (See DFARS 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions, incorporated by full text in Attachment 2) to create and submit a receiving report prior to payment unless the awardee requests permission in writing for an alternative method of submission, and the Contracting Officer provides instructions for an alternative method of submission in the resultant contract.���� If you have any questions or inquiries, please email Major Brooke Cultra at brooke.cultra@us.af.mil and Ms. Karlye Miller at karlye.miller@us.af.mil no later than (NLT) 8 Jun 2023, 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). CLIN structure may vary from solicitation based on various requirements for the Government. The Government will evaluate offers as follows: � Price � Responses will be ordered from lowest to highest based on Table A submission. Past Performance � Past performance will be evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable as described in the table below.� Rating������ Description Acceptable Based on the offeror�s performance record, the Government has a reasonable expectation that the offeror will successfully perform the required effort Unacceptable Based on the offeror�s performance record, the Government does not have a reasonable expectation that the offeror will be able to successfully perform the required effort or the offeror�s performance is unknown The Government will evaluate the offeror�s price using the techniques found at FAR 13.106(a)(2) to include market research, an independent Government estimate, current price lists, and any other reasonable basis.
