- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Indiana City: Bloomington Delineated Area: North: E 17th Street South: E 3rd Street East: State Rd 46 West: S. Rogers Street into N. Rogers Street into N Madison Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,397 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,523 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 16 years Firm Term: 4 years Option Term: One 4-year renewal option will be considered Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor. Six (6) reserved parking spaces are required Offered space must be accessible via public transportation. The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
