Description

This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals for lease of all or a portion of available undeveloped land at NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC). (Attachment A, Land Map; hereinafter the Property) The available land is located outside of the controlled access area of JSC and adjacent to JSC�s main campus. The size of the total parcel is approximately 239.7 acres and is accessible by Saturn Lane. This zone may be sub-divided with potential for phasing and expansion. This locality has potential for separation of facilities if commercial entities have privacy concerns. The Available Land will be available at award in its current condition for one 10-year base period and three 10-year option period(s).
