Description: The Southwestern Power Administration has a requirement for the upgrade and rebuild of a portion of the Dardanelle transmission line. The work under this contract shall include furnishing all labor and materials necessary to rebuild the Dardanelle-Structure 87 portion of the Tap to Dardanelle 161kV transmission line. The contractor shall remove all existing conductor, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), and overhead ground wire with associated hardware and rebuild with all new materials.
