VGLZ 232036 - ATC Tow er Sidew alk Replacement Bldg. 560 Solicitation #: W50S85-23-R-0013 Location: Selfridge ANGB, MI 48045 Period of Performance (POP): 120 calendar Days af ter Notice to Proceed 1) Set-aside: This requirement w ill be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. 2) Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 M 3) NAICS Code: 236220: Commercial and Institutional Bldg. Construction. 4) Project Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000 5) Submit Proposals no later than 7 July 2023 @ 10:00 AM EDT 6) Prospective off erors are HIGHLY encouraged to attend a Site Visit on 22 June 2023 at 1:30 PM EDT. (See Documents f or Access Requirements) Aw ard will be made, in accordance w ith FAR 13.106-3, to the responsible offeror w hose proposal conf orms to the Request for Proposal, and is most advantageous to the Government considering price and non-price related factors. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than 30 September 2023
