Vendor shall provide eight (8) trailer mounted electronic signs with solar battery.�The contractor shall provide the specific deliverables described below within the performance period stated:� Trailer Mounted electronic signage with the following specifications:� ����������� under 2000 pounds ����������� standard 2-inch ball coupler tow-hitch ����������� Removable drawbar for shipping and for added theft protection. ����������� Heavy duty hand winch for one person use. ����������� Rotating display 360 degrees ����������� Braking system to hold board in place safely. ����������� Onboard touch screen controller ����������� Outriggers for added stability ����������� Solar panels to charge batteries ����������� Shore power capabilities ����������� 3 lines of 8 characters on display ����������� Deployed footprint near 143� x 96�
