- This amendment corrects a typo in the procurement email address that resulted in failed receipts.� The due date is hereby extended to 6/15/2023 12 pm EDT.� If you submitted questions or comments and did not receive acknowledgement please resubmit.� If you did receive acknowledgement, you may submit additional questions.� Please refer to the email from the procurement box for specific instructions on submitting additional questions: This amendment corrects the following email address 9-AWA-ARP-Procurement-Input@faa.gov and extends the due date to 6/15/2023: In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration�s (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Procurement Guidance T3.2.1.2, the purpose of this Market Survey/Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit constructive feedback in the form of questions and comments from interested vendors on the FAA System of Airports Report (SOAR). Responses will aid the FAA in its determination as to whether or not adequate competition exists to compete this effort.� Please see the attached draft documents for detailed information THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR OFFERS. A Screening Information Request/Request for Proposal (SIR/RFP) will be made under a separate announcement in the near future. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing vendor responses to this RFI. Therefore, any cost associated with your response is solely at the interested vendor�s expense. The vendor must use the Question and Answer Form provided to submit all questions and comments.� The form should be attached to an email with the subject line �SOAR RFI� and sent to the following address : 9-AWA-ARP-Procurement-Input@faa.gov. �The questions and comments submitted in response to the RFI could very well result in revisions to the resulting SIR/RFP but the Government reserves the right to review and use the data submitted at its own discretion.� The Government will provide a consolidated response to the questions and comments with the SIR/RFP. Note: The FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS).
