- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10), intends to negotiate an open market sole source contract under FAR (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for the VA Medical Center Indianapolis. Only One Responsible Source for the HI-IQ Subscription listed below is available through ConexSys, located at 6 Blackstone Valley Place, Suite 402, Lincoln, RI 02865. The NAICS code of 511210 is being used for the requested items. Description of Reagent/Consumables: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, VISN 10 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following items listed below. The associated NAICS code for this is 511210. The vendor will be CONEXSYS, Inc. 6 Blackstone Valley PL STE 402, Lincoln, RI 02865. Description of equipment requirements: HI-IQ IRIS Subscription: Interventional Radiology (IR) database management system for eight (8) rooms. This system should provide a quality assurance package, scheduling package, inventory tracking package, and on-site training. This is necessary for communication within IR regarding scheduling IR patients, tracking cases, running reports for quality assurance such as complications, and tracking inventory used for each case. The system must: Allow documentation of Interventional Radiology Services using Society of Interventional Radiology Service Tree Terminology Allow documentation of procedure complications per Society of Interventional Radiology Standards of Practice Allow documentation and analysis of quality assurance, scheduling, patient tracking and inventory information. Run on a Windows 10 platform Run on a virtual 2016 SQL server The contractor shall provide the following items: Eight (8) Licenses for database use. Unlimited user licenses and installation One (1) Interface License must receive orders from VistA (ORM) RIS order sent to database management system, patient master created/updated, scheduled appointment created/updated for Interventional Radiology. Two (2) Onsite training days for staff. (Two Training Vouchers) Period of Performance: Period of one year. 8/15/2023 8/14/2024. A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
