- Description
- 1. Background The primary mission of the Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is to adjudicate immigration cases by fairly, expeditiously, and uniformly interpreting and administering the Nation's immigration laws. Under delegated authority from the Attorney General, EOIR conducts immigration court proceedings, appellate reviews, and administrative hearings. EOIR consists of three adjudicatory components: The Office of the Chief Immigration Judge, which is responsible for managing the Immigration Courts where Immigration Judges adjudicate individual cases; the Board of Immigration Appeals, which primarily conducts appellate reviews of these Immigration Judge decisions; and the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer, which adjudicates immigration-related employment cases. 2. Objective EOIR�s personal data protection initiative seeks to provide support to employees and advisors to minimize on-line threats and harassment.� The subscription-based service(s) will provide protections to reduce online privacy risks, such as doxing.� EOIR has a number of employees who adjudicate often controversial legal issues and have other public facing roles that require additional and personal safeguards.� 3. Scope This Statement of Work (SOW) seeks to provide Privacy Information Removal Services for up to eight-hundred and fifty (850) government employees as identified by EOIR.� Privacy information removal services must remove information concerning the subscriber from the top data broker sites. The Contractor shall provide services that will include data privacy screening; checking to locate info being sold daily; removing individuals from marketing and major spam lists; erasing individuals� personal information from all major data broker lists; and providing privacy browser extensions. The Contractor shall provide a detailed privacy report to the subscriber within 7 days of each data broker scanned, what was found, and what was done to remove the data. All data collected must be stored in the United States. Data cannot be transferred outside the United States. Individuals must be able to access the website via sign-up. Contractor shall provide their technical approach in providing privacy information removal services with submitted quote. The annual subscription quantity is eight hundred fifty (850) per calendar year. Additionally, EOIR is committed to providing ongoing personal data protections to secure the EOIR�s workforce for the base year. This requirement will be awarded to the lowest price and technically acceptable in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). All proposals must meet the minimum requirement of the SOW.
