THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS NOTICE IS ISSUED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR INVITATION FOR OFFERORS TO SUBMIT BIDS. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUSLY INTERESTED AND IF YOU DO NOT PERFORM THIS REQUIREMENT. IT WILL DELAY THE POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION DUE TO FURTHER MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL BE REQUIRED. Interested vendors are requested to respond to this notice by filling out and emailing the completed questionnaire attachment (see attached) to Andrea Gavitt, amgavitt@bop.gov.� Responses must be received no later than June 23, 2023, 3:00 PM EST.� The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates the need to make award(s) to accredited colleges and universities responsible for the provision of a course of study leading to an Associate Degree and/or college certificate for the female federal offender population.� Academic options could include, but are not limited to, the following: ������������ A two-year Associates Degree program, with options for a nationally recognized certificate in an occupation field or certifications with reciprocity should inmates not be able to complete the Associates Degree. ������������ All college credits earned in the program must be transferable to other higher education institutions. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Listed below are the federal institutions able to host female college program.�� All proposals must include which location services will be offered. ������������ FPC Bryan - Texas ������������ FCI Dublin - California ������������ FCI Hazelton - West Virginia ������������ FCI Marianna � Florida ������������ FCI Phoenix - Arizona ������������ FCI Victorville (Medium I) - California ������������ FCI Waseca � Minnesota CLASS SCHEDULE Each class session is 75 minutes.� Classes will be conducted Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.� The operation of class hours will be arranged by the local SOE and the college/university.� Class schedules may be adjusted to meet the needs of the local institution.
