- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC), for Online Trauma Registry and Annual STRAC Membership Dues to The Department of Surgery, in support of Trauma Center, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
