Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to JWC Environmental, Inc, 2850 S. Red Hill Avenue, Suite 125, Santa Ana, California 92705-5541, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source is reasonably available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� This requirement is for the purchase of (2) 8-inch P/N: 30005-0008, (2) 12-inch P/N: 30005-0012, (2) 18-inch P/N: 30005-0018, (2) 24-inch P/N: 30005-0024, (2) 32-inch P/N: 30005-0032, (2) 50-inch P/N: 30005-0050 DI Muffin Monster Renews from JWC Environmental, Inc.� Units include Buna-N elastomers, and Delta P side rails. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.� Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EST, 21 June 2023.
