Description

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Subpart 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules and FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) � soliciting from a single source. This requirement is for Autodesk Annual Software Subscription in support of the Marine Corps Installations Command Installations Systems Branch. This requirement includes Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection Multi-User and AutoCAD Annual Software Subscriptions; CADD Community; and Ultimate Certified Helpdesk Support. The projected support period will be from 30 September 2023 through 29 September 2024. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541519 � Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $34M. Per DFARS 208.7402, departments and agencies shall fulfill requirements for commercial software and related services, such as software maintenance, in accordance with the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI). As such, DoD ESI is the mandatory source for software and software maintenance agreements. DoD ESI awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement �(BPA) covering Autodesk software products to DLT Solutions LLC for a ten-year agreement with a period of performance from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2029. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) � Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to DLT Solutions, LLC, 2411 Dulles Corner Park Ste 800, Herndon, VA 20171. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to melissa.chabot@usmc.mil no later than 26 June 2023, 08:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late responses will not be considered.
