Description

Synopsis � M6700123Q0014 The S6 Telecommunications Operations Branch, �Beaufort, SC . has a requirement for a contractor to provide� technical support, repair/return of parts and on-site maintenance support as required for the Base Telephony Network for the Marine Corps Air Station and Townsend Bombing Range. It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide the services listed in the RFQ, in their entirety, on the specified delivery date. Quotes will be evaluated based on (1) price; (2) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government�s requirement; (3) past performance; and (4) delivery This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures OR FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. Basis For Award: Award will be made using best value, technical capability, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based on (1) vendor�s technical capability, (2) delivery, (3) price, (4) Past Performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements, including the delivery requirement. The solicitation will be available for download SAM.gov, on or about 1 July 2023. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. All responsible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
